Is There Anything Too Hard for God?
Jeremiah 32:27 “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”

In reading the 32nd Chapter of Jeremiah, he (Jeremiah) does what the Lord tells him to do, he buys some land with cash and has the purchase witnessed by others (a legal transaction). Only to have the land that he purchased handed over to the Babylonians who attacked the city and burned everything down to the ground. Jeremiah then prays to God for understanding as to why, in his obedience, was he witnessing such devastation.
In verse 27, the Lord answers him and says, “I AM THE LORD, the God of all flesh. IS THERE ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR ME?” While I am having this city destroyed because of the evil and wickedness that has taken place here, I’m going to RESTORE IT!
In verses 37 thru 41, God says, not only will I gather my people and bring them back to this land, and not only will I make an everlasting covenant with them, and not only will I never stop doing GOOD to them, but I’m going to REJOICE IN DOING GOOD FOR THEM! Think about that for a minute, not only will God never stop doing good for you, but it PLEASES HIM, He rejoices over doing good for you!
In verses 42 thru 44, God goes on to say that although this land is now a desolate waste, without people or animals, fields will be bought for money, deeds signed, sealed and witnessed and prosperity and fortunes will be restored. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like an economical situation turning around to me!
Have you ever sat down and scratched your head or cried your tears over doing what you believe the Lord told you to do, but it only looks like everything is going wrong? I know that I have. As the Lord told Jeremiah, is there anything too hard for Him? While in his obedience, there were some things that God needed to destroy so that He could build anew and better on this same piece of land. And while it looks hopeless, keep in mind, that I AM THE LORD!
Instead of telling God how big your problems are, you need to tell your problems how BIG your God is!
Maybe you can’t turn your situation around yourself, BUT! Is there anything too hard for God?
